Nestled within the Eagles Peak Mini-Mall, the steam studio offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The air is infused with the delightful aroma of the herbs used in the steam sessions, while soft music plays gently in the background. During your steam experience, the lights are dimmed for relaxation, and complimentary water and a soft satin gown are provided. If you’re drawn to crystals, you can select a stone to hold, enhancing your healing journey and deepening your connection to your intentions.

The V-Spot honors the indigenous women who have practiced traditional and folk medicine throughout history. We are proud to be part of a movement of empowered women in connection with the communities and roots where this practice was protected and kept safe in spite of the ways it was suppressed by colonization, prejudice against women, racism, and modern gynecology.
