The air is infused with the delightful aroma of the herbs used in the steam sessions, while soft music plays gently in the background. During your steam experience, the lights are dimmed for relaxation, and complimentary water and a soft satin gown are provided. If you’re drawn to crystals, you can select a stone to hold, enhancing your healing journey and deepening your connection to your intentions.

This isn't just “relaxation". This time is architecture for your subconscious mind. Over four weeks, we move through the following sacred sequence:
Week 1: The Great Clearing (Cord Cutting) We begin by untangling the toxic energetic cords that drain you and keep you looped in old patterns.
Week 2: The Ancestral Awakening We heal the "Mother Line" to release inherited burdens, scarcity and silence.
Week 3: The Womb Sanctum We release stored trauma from the womb space, opening the door to true feminine power and creative flow.
Week 4: The Healing Vortex This session activates “the vortex”, focusing on your physical, mental and emotional health, and the magnetic frequency of overall well-being.

Join us each new moon for a talking circle filled with candlelight, flowers, chocolate, meditation, and heartfelt sharing. All you need to do is be yourself.
